菜鸟求助！

我在linux中安装base，server和monitor时遇上了问题：
在configure server时，出现：
我是一robocup菜鸟！现遇上问题，特向高手请教！
在linux中装rcssbase-10.0.11.tar.bz2

rcssserver-10.0.7.tar.bz2

rcssmonitor_classic-10.0.0.tar.bz2；
在configure rcssserver时出现：
configure: error:
Could not find the rcssbase/conf library or it is out of
date. Please (re)install rcssbase before proceeding, or
specify where it was installed with the RCSSBASE
environment variable.
但是我到rcssbase－10.0.11下找到了这个文件夹，这是怎么回事儿啊？后面就不能make了。
这是为什么啊？帮帮我吧。
